1. Website
The CertusQA marketing site is provided “as is” for information about our platform and DeployShield Suite. Showcase materials are recorded runs of our engine against a public practice site with a pricing defect injected on purpose so the gate is visible; the detection, heals and verdict shown are real engine output from that run. They demonstrate the engine and are not a warranty for your application. Where a figure is marked illustrative or a collateral target, it is not a measurement.
2. DeployShield services
Paid services are scoped in your Client Agreement: critical-flow automated regression on agreed staging, CI integration, and failure alerts. We do not guarantee zero bugs in your application. We maintain an automated safety net on covered flows listed in Schedule A.
The design-partner offer shown on this site (introductory monthly rate for the first three months, then the standard rate, locked for twelve months, limited to two clients) is governed by the design-partner terms of the Client Agreement, including the testimonial and case-study exchange. Prices on this site are in USD and may change for new clients; your agreement fixes yours.
3. Green-build guarantee — scope & remedy
Marketing statements such as a “green build before production, guaranteed” refer to the DeployShield pre-deploy gate on covered flows when:
- Client staging is available and stable;
- Client has not shipped intentional product changes without notice that invalidate covered tests; and
- Failures are either repaired as test maintenance (drift) or surfaced as application defects for Client to fix.
The gate may ship in report-only mode first (records a verdict, blocks nothing) until Client enables blocking. Remedy: Provider will restore covered-flow gate health within the maintenance SLA in the Client Agreement. Liability remains capped as stated in that agreement (fees paid in the 30 days prior to a claim). This section does not expand that cap.
4. AI-assisted authoring and self-healing (optional)
When enabled, AI-assisted authoring and healing run against non-production targets only unless a Production Rider is signed. Destructive actions and production origins are denied by policy. Inventory promotions stay human-gated. See your AI Processing Addendum.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to access the private ops console without authorization, or submit unlawful content via intake forms.
